Hello! We are Team Pink Unicorns, we developed YorkU Career Compass, a job matching tool built for York University students seeking Work/Study opportunities.
By completing a short skills assessment, students receive a personalized match of 10 job postings that align with their strengths and skill set. We use cosine matching to compare the quiz results against Work/Study postings in our database, helping students find roles where they are most likely to thrive. All without storing or processing any personal data.
