The hub of York Lions Athletics & Recreation is the 3-story Tait McKenzie Centre, a spacious, multipurpose sport and recreation facility.

Central to Tait McKenzie Centre is the 11,000 square foot fitness center.  With 58 cardio machines, 29 sectorized machines, functional training apparatus and free weights, the fitness center is ideal for fitness enthusiasts of all levels, from the beginner looking to improve their overall health to the high-performance athlete.
